Scottish Borders farm on the market

A 146ha (360-acre) Scottish Borders farm is being sold privately by owner Jim Fingleton, who is moving back to Ireland to pursue other business interests.

East Middle Farm near Hawick was farmed by Charles Scott until his retirement in 2006. Most of the land is ploughable, although currently all in pasture. There is also the option to purchase the pedigree Texel flock established by Mr Scott in 1976.
