J Brock launches monster set of 24m cambridge rolls

An 11-section set of arable rolls covering 24m will be the latest addition to a growing cultivations equipment range from J Brock & Sons being presented at Lamma.

Each section of the Double Lock 2450 rolls is free to follow ground contours in work, but a locking mechanism holds them rigid when they are raised on the implement’s transport wheels, ready for folding.

With the end rolls folded round and the two halves brought together using the sliding drawbar and stays, the implement reduces to a 2.75m transport configuration with ample ground clearance and manageable length without the operator having to leave the tractor cab.

In work, the end rolls can be folded to reduce overall width or to avoid obstructions and the implement can be reversed into corners for complete coverage.
