TWO letter writers in The Herald attack the huge mark-up on milk retail sales.

One points out that the selling price at his local shop is 90ppl, while the current price paid by Scottish Milk averaged 15.9ppl over May. He works out the mark-up as 566%.

The other writer makes a similar point.
